Epson Stylus DX4450 printer (spares and repairs) with scanner with x7 Ink carriages ?

I have an Epson Stylus DX4450 printer FOR SPARE AND REPAIRS IT PRINTS AND SCANS PERFECTLY BUT WHEN COMES TO PRINTING IT PRINTS BLACK LINES? it come with all wires to main socket and connection lead for computer/laptop and with the following. x3 NEW T0711 Black (Cheetah) cartridges with one of the new ones purchased Friday 10th with proof is in the printer. x2 NEW T0712 Cyan (Cheetah) cartridges with one of the new ones purchased Friday 10th with proof in the printer x1 NEW T0713 Magenta (Cheetah) cartridges which again purchased Friday 10th with proof is in the printer x1 NEW T0714 Yellow (Cheetah) but not used as the one in the printer has still has a bit more use going.
